The discussion was chaired by the Deputy Head and Head of Schemes Management Branch of the Bureau of Irrigation and Horticulture Development of Oromia Eng. Gurmeet Oljirraa said that this year we will work with all stakeholders to make the 2016 irrigated wheat production enthusiasm plan a success.
