There is a lot of land covered with wheat in Southwest Shawnee County. Digging deep wells is one of the water supply strategies being developed to avoid water shortage for this production.

The work was attended by the Delegation of Eng. Girma Raggasaa, Head of the Bureau of Irrigation and Horticulture Development of Oromia, visited Ejeree and Iluu districts.

The purpose of the visit was to set directions for the work being done to accelerate the process
