The Finna Goda Callee Project was inaugurated today by a delegation led by the Vice President and Rural Development Sector Coordinator of the Oromia Regional State, Mr. Abduramaan Abdallaa.
The project has the capacity to develop 250 hectares of land and hold 4.5 million cubic meters of water.
The Deputy Head of the Bureau of Irrigation and Horticulture Development of Oromia Eng.Alamuu Raggaassaa said that the only way to improve the livelihood of the farming community is to solve the water problem.
The Vice President and Coordinator of the Rural Development Sector of the Oromia Regional State Mr. Abduramaan Abdallaa addressed the inauguration ceremony He urged the community to take care of it.
