East Hararghe is a community that can share their experience and knowledge in irrigation with other communities.
This year, they are preparing to use water for irrigation development in areas where there is a shortage of water.
The status and level of water reinforcement in the district was visited by a team from the Oromia Irrigation and Horticulture Development Bureau.
The class was led by Deputy Head and Irrigation and Infrastructure Development Sector Eng. Alamu Raggasa said the work done is good and the water should be used sparingly.
