Gedo district has gained experience in cultivating wheat by irrigation.This work has been done in the district and this year the work has been started to cultivate 7500 thousand hectares of land in the district.
Farmers said they are working to achieve more results this year than last year.
Among the pumps that need repair this year, 54 pumps have been repaired and 65 pumps are in demand.
