The training was conducted by instructors from Korea.
In his opening remarks, the Head of the Irrigation Development Bureau said that mindset is crucial for the development of a country and we should learn the experience of Korean development through this training.
Dr.KIM Jae Hyub, a mind set up coach from Korea, said Korea was a poor country under Japanese colonial rule 60 years ago.
He said the country has reached the present level due to the efforts made to eradicate poverty in the country.
